2008 BLAGOJEVITCH PREDICTION

Obviously, his interest in "selling" the Senator seat didn't start until after the election on November 4, 2008 when Pluto was still in high degrees of Sagittarius. Therefore his natal Jupiter at 29 Virgo was getting squared (bad) by Jupiter. Jupiter is the law.

Also in his progressions, he has Mars opposition Neptune shows that he was feeling very misguided about what he was doing.  He may even have thought that it was part of role as governor -- political favors for favors.  He was delusional. However the definition of this does suggest jail time. I'm wondering if his punishment will be as harsh as one would expect in a situation like this.  It is possible because transiting Pluto has changed signs and no longer squares his natal Jupiter that he won't get a harsh sentence -- he'll get off with less than a lot of people thinks he deserves.  It would be, in his case, a great help to know the houses involved because if the 12th (prisons) or 9th (law) are involved, the sentence will be more severe. With transiting Pluto in Capricorn now and currently sitting on top of his natal Mercury, his best bet would be to stop talking and let a good lawyer find a loophole and he might just disappear from public life without an intense amount of punishment. This is a good example of Ego meeting up with the Universe.  The Universe always wins.  For a man with this much pride, any punishment will be severe, even with no jail time.
