CHRISTINA APPLEGATE'S CHOICE
I know that this will be a controversial statement. But I don't think Christina Applegate should have gotten a double mastectomy just because she was diagnosed with non-life threatening breast cancer. Here's why: Her astrology chart is positively humming along with no negative events. Yes, you can break your foot, or fall down a flight of stairs -- even in a good period. Stuff happens -- even a breast cancer diagnosis.
I just had a really close friend diagnosed with colon cancer and it runs in her family. She had to have five feet of her colon cut out. But I told her she was going to be fine and cancer free and she is -- with no radiation or chemo. In her case, it was a negative aspect from her progressed Moon -- the fastest moving of the progressed planets (changes signs every 2 1/2 years and is out of the 1 degree orb in two months). And the same thing may have happened to Christina. In 2008, her progressed Moon was in Cancer (Cancer the sign is cancer the disease) which squared her natal Uranus (out of nowhere).
I have also cautioned my friend that when she is fifty, the cancer could re-occur, or not. Christina will have her progressed Sun square that same Uranus beginning February 2014 (give or take several months because I don't have her time). That's four years until a negative event. Christina is pregnant with her first child. I'm not a doctor. But, I study astrology precisely for this reason -- to help me make decisions. So it were me, I would have waited to have a double prosthetic mastectomy at least until after I gave curing the cancer a shot. And if I was successful at that, until after I had children. And maybe not even then.
More and more woman are choosing to do these kinds of operations. A question I can't answer, is can you out run cancer? And more to the astrological point, when you do reach the time of negative events (and you have removed the cancer), do you get something else instead -- something equally as bad?
