DR. DYER FOLLOWERS -- JUMP SHIP

When you pick someone as a mentor or a role model, and they have a negative result. It may just be time to move on. I've written a lot of blogs, but Dr. Dyer, just won't die. People are still leaving nasty comments, because I said he was a hypocrite. And I stand by that observation. It is my understanding that he has specifically said that you can't get cancer if you think positive. And since he has cancer and he thinks positive, he's a hypocrite. What he says and does do not match up. That is not a judgment on my part and also something I didn't know when I wrote the first blog.

As an astrologer, I look to see if astrology can explain how this happened. If he came to me as a client, I would look to see how the cancer might have occurred -- what traits of his allowed it in and how he might  change his energy field and keep cancer out. So that's what I did with Dr. Dyer. I first saw his Moon (his emotional life) is squared (negative) by Neptune (delusion, lies) That characteristic in anyone's chart would lead me to believe the person is not honest with themselves. And again, if Dr. Dyer were a client of mine, he would most likely agree. (My clients have a very high level of spirituality.) Then, because I'm not psychic, I would ask him to tell me what that might be about. In Dr. Dyer's case, I understand he had a very, very rocky relationship with his father. So that would be an area he should look at.

It is true that some people may have already worked through this. But not a client with cancer. Cancer tells you that you have not resolved the issue -- even if you think you have. That's cancer's message to you. Hey, Buddy, this is not over.

Dr. Dyer also has Neptune squaring his Mars (energy and how you use that energy). So this is more information that his energy is spent on things he isn't seeing clearly.

Dr. Dyer isn't a bad person. He's a person with a lot of Neptune. Actually, he's a Taurus with Uranus, Saturn and Mercury conjunct. So he's also very stubborn since that's a fixed sign. With just this information, I wouldn't have thought of him as an author and motivational speaker. So I can surmise he might have a strong 3rd House or Gemini rising where communication is important to him. Whatever it is, it lies with the houses and his time of birth, which I don't have. Dr. Dyer doesn't have any focal planets and overall, I would say he is a nice guy. This might be the reason people want to defend him.

Currently, Dr. Dyer has progressed Mercury conjunct natal Pluto. And progressed Mars square Jupiter about a year away. Also transiting Pluto is square his Venus. His progressed Venus is also sitting on his natal Mars. This is not a good chart and accounts for his illness. When your chart turns negative, something negative is going to happen. It will usually happen in the area you are weakest. Negativity is an opportunist.

Consequently, I think Dr. Dyer must take this seriously and make some changes. But he isn't taking this seriously according to his latest comments. So that's the difference between Dr. Dyer and me. He thinks he can just think positive. And I think cancer is a wake up call.
