GWYNETH PALTROW'S ACCIDENT & ITS PROBLEMS COULD HAVE BEEN FORESEEN

A Woman You Can Love or Hate. And Both Are Right

Gwyneth is one of those people that you either love or hate. And both are true. She’s a Libra, the most charming of all the signs, but with a really passive/aggressive edge and her Sun is in the 7th House of Libra. However, there are complications. With Pluto conjunct her Sun, Scorpio raises its ugly head. Uranus conjunct gives her that humanitarian slant and Mercury conjunct, which so many of us have, allows for lying as Mercury is Gemini. Her focal planet is Mars, the bulldozer. Her way is the only way. But the real problem is her Gemini Moon with Saturn conjunct creating the same energy as a Capricorn Moon — a red flag for sure especially combined with the rest of her chart.

So she’s charming but deadly — capable of some pretty despicable behavior on her way to the top. But remember we need these people. They may be difficult in relationships, but they are also pioneers. They create when we are sitting around on our asses. They jump up in the morning and make things happen. They pay four ski instructors to accompany their children. Because they can.

For the last year, Gwyneth has predictive Venus conjunct Uranus — which is accidents and divorce — among other things. Clearly in her case, this accident is coming back to haunt her. Could she be guilty of leaving an injured man in the snow? Yes, for sure. But would she? Because she is very conscious of her image. So doubtful. Much more likely he is looking for attention and money. My guess is she did the minimum and took off as fast as she could, but not technically in the wrong. There were other people there. Her arrogant attitude likely pissed him off and contributed to his desire for getback.

I don’t have the doctor’s chart. But here is where the concept of high-minded signs comes in: Aquarius, Sagittarius, Pisces or Taurus. You don’t sue someone for an accident. You get on with your life. Gwyneth didn’t try to hurt him — assuming she was at fault. Trust me. He means nothing to her. Unless you need the medical bills paid, walk away. Suing is not classy even if she was reckless. Be above it. It’s thirsty. And the reason people like him don’t run in her circles. If he had handled it differently? She might have asked him for a cocktail or to join her family at dinner. Laugh it off. Life is too short.

Who wins this law suit? Again, I don’t have his chart. I think they both lose. If Gwyneth had been my client, I would have advised her to pay him off. Because she can.
