I, personally, have a thing for Aquarius men, but not this one. Venus will always be in your sign or the one in front or in back of you. So very often Aquarius men will have Venus in Aquarius. This is not ideal, because being Uranus ruled, commitment is a difficult issue, and Venus does not like being in Aquarius -- where it is very untrusting.

Consequently, he has three focal planets from three different oppositions. First, mutable Moon. This is a person whose emotions are constantly changing. He can be very nurturing, but only after his needs are met. He is also the consummate vacillater, a perfect quality for "The Bachelor."
Focal planet fixed Uranus is the "law unto himself." These people do what they want with little consideration for societal norms.
Cardinal Pluto as a focal planet makes him intensely individualistic with an inclination to be uncooperative.
He has just passed through progressed Venus square natal Neptune so there is a good chance someone lied to him fairly recently. His next aspect is progressed Venus trine progressed Mars, but that is two years away. At that time, he will likely make a commitment. Based on these observations, I predict no lasting love for him this year. He's not the worst guy on the planet, but he is difficult to love.
