OMG. I can’t stand it. That picture. So beautiful! I love the hair. Her makeup artist is promising us a look we have never seen before. Rihanna is performing at the LVII Super Bowl Halftime Show. The details of her performance are being kept a secret but the anticipation is palpable. Thirteen minutes. We’re waiting breathlessly. But who is this girl and why her?

Rihanna is a Pisces, one of the high-minded signs. Her Venus/Moon/Jupiter are in Aries and with this conjunction to Jupiter also Sagittarius. Mars is also located in Sagittarius and a focal planet. She wants what she wants and she can be a bit of a pain in the ass about getting it. Mercury in Aquarius. We’re talking a Pisces Sun with an abundance of Aries and Sagittarius. No red flags. Actually nothing really extraordinary, except…

Rihanna is one of the very few people where Jupiter has gone out-of-sign allowing it to make a positive aspect to two natal outer planets one degree apart — giving her a 22-year Jupiter reign. Fifteen of those years her Jupiter trined either her natal Uranus or natal Saturn and the last seven years? No negative aspect replaced it — to cancel it. Only a few people are this blessed. Among them are: Madonna, Bernie Madoff, Mel Gibson, Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. It’s very very rare.

Here’s what you need to know. Anyone with this level of positive energy can be a super star. It could be you. It could be me. You don’t have to have spectacular talent or intelligence. It’s positive energy on an unimaginable level. What is interesting is how these people handle this embarrassment of riches. And when it is over.

I believe Rihanna deserves everything the Universe has given her. It’s a reward for past lifetimes — if you believe in that sort of thing. Which I do. She has been a gracious guardian of this energy. Her ego has been kept in check. She hasn’t used her power for evil. Every moment of every day when you do a kindness, you are banking Karma. This is what payoff looks like.

In 2027, however, it’s over. And like Madonna before her, she risks not understanding the implications of predictive Mars squaring her natal Jupiter — without the protection of a positive Jupiter aspect. Mel Gibson, too. Cancelled. Bernie Madoff? Went to jail. Kim Kardashian? I’m waiting. Her mother? Still going strong.

You could be Rihanna. Have her level of fame and fortune. If you have these aspects in your chart. She is no different than you. No better in any way. Not even more talented. Not really. Think Kim Kardashian. How many people have asked me, what is her secret? It’s Jupiter. The Planet of Wishes and Dreams. Think about this. You know it’s true. She isn’t special. She is quite ordinary. Jupiter gave her the confidence to move out of her comfort zone. It allows a person to take chances without agonizing over the possibility of failure. It’s freedom from that little voice that tells you no.

Everyone has Jupiter at some time or another. Usually about three times in a lifetime. Lasting 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years — sometimes longer — various lengths of time. It entirely depends on the configuration of your chart. It’s an individual thing and the true definition of all people are created equal.

But because people like us, the mere mortals, get such a short Jupiter span, it’s essential you know when it is coming and how to capitalize on it.
