WHEN TO START A NEW BUSINESS

If you want to guarantee the success of a business, start it at the time during the year when the Sun conjuncts Jupiter. Since the Sun goes through all twelve signs every year, there will always be a month when this happens. This year it is Aries from March 21st through April 20th. That's because Jupiter is currently in Aries.
To nail it down a little further, let's get a favorable Moon since the Moon changes signs every 2 1/2 days. I like April 5, 2011. That's because the Moon is in the exalted sign of Taurus. It is also trine Pluto, the most powerful sign in the zodiac.
This will be a highly Aries company, nothing you can do about that. But Aries is the pioneer and totally willing to take a risk. So especially if you are entering into a profession that is volitile, you'll like this chart, it's fearless.
This would be the day to incorporate, publish your website or stand on the corner and announce you're in business (like Japan did). The definition of what constitutes the first day of business is subject to some opinion. You have to decide. If you don't incorporate, but you begin business anyway, then that's the first day of business. If you're opening a retail store, you might want to not only use the first day of business, but the first sale of that day as the time of birth. It takes a little thinking, but just imagine it's a baby, when does it first breathe?
