Without guilt? Because that is key. Or are you a person that can naturally handle that? Aren't we lucky to have In-N-Out? Maybe when RFK Jr. gets through with improvements to our food supply, more people will join us in the only fast food restaurant that serves healthy food. I know my friend in Kansas City is begging for one. Nice to hear from you my one and only X fan!!! Wishing you all the best in your journey!!! Come back to California soon...
Excellent advice, all around. Two year’s ago, I tipped the scales at 245. I’m 5’ 10”. Today, I weigh 170, with 10 pounds to go . Then, I will be in the correct weight parameters for my height. I have been on monjauro. I have basically stopped my progressive diabetic condition. Your advice is what I have been doing , with the exception of stopping my medication. Anyway, thanks for your advice.
Congratulations! It feels so good to get control of our bodies. So empowering. Thanks so much for your comment. Hearing from readers makes it a lot more fun to post. Wishing you more success in the future!
Years ago, while in California for a concert -- I too had my first double double!
